Lessons
You will be booked in for lessons all year round at the agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly etc). Closing dates over Christmas and new years advised year to year

Lessons take place on public holidays

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, the lesson is charged at the time of the missed lesson or when processed by admin.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, this is considered a late cancellation where the lesson is charged and no makeup offered

If we cancel on you, the lesson will not be charged. We encourage making the lesson up however it is not required

If you are away for more than 2 week, we will review the need to makeup the lessons
Shippings & Returns
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, so please choose your product carefully and ask as many questions as you like. If you feel the item provided is different than described or is faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible by exchanging, repairing or refunding your money as provided for by law.

Carefully pack the instrument and accessories in the original box and take it to your nearest post office. Ship it back to us

We receive the item back and you receive a refund. No questions asked.
