I have had lessons on and off for the previous two years. However, it has been better in the last six months when I have had regular lessons. Rob assists me in playing correctly, and learning to play tunes in order to enjoy putting time into practice outside the lessons.
Rob is focused on students developing a positive experience and is always open to discussing what students want to play. Since I am a fan of the songs of Bob Dylan, the Beatles, Pink Floyd and Johnny Cash, I have been recently fortunate to be learning to play the songs I enjoy.

I was looking for a ukulele teacher who could take me from beginner to accomplished player by teaching me all the techniques, scales etc. but couldn‘t find one. Then I saw what Rob had taught my 7yo grandson on the guitar and was so impressed I asked him if he could teach me, then 72 yo. Rob happily agreed and at last I feel I’m getting somewhere and going from strength to strength. I‘ll be busking with the grandkids by next Christmas I reckon.
